Honey Garlic Chicken Pasta

Super simple slow cooker chicken and pasta dish.

This recipe makes three portions.


  • 450g Chicken Breast, cut into strips or cubed
  • 20g Low Sodium Soy Sauce
  • 15g Sriracha
  • 2 tbsp Hoisin Sauce
  • 25g Garlic Paste
  • 8g Ginger Pasta
  • 1 tbsp Corn Flour with 3 tbsp Water
  • 100ml Low Sodium Chicken Stock
  • 168 Protein Enriched Pasta/Noodles
    • I went with rigatoni


  1. In a slow cooker, combine everything except pasta. Give it a few good stirs until everything is even. Set the slow cooker for 8 hours on low. (Or 4 hours on high if you're in a rush.)
  2. When the slow cooker is almost done, cook the pasta per the instructions on the package.
    1. Do this in a different pan, obviously.
  3. Drain the pasta, dump it into the cooked pasta in the slow cooker, and stir with the cooked chicken and sauce until the noodles are coated.
  4. Plate and serve.
